With this document, pursuant to art. 13 Legislative Decree 196/2003 (“privacy code”), users who consult the Website are provided with some information relating to the processing of their personal data.

Processed data and purposes

Data provided directly by the user

The personal data provided by the user in an optional, explicit and voluntary manner are used in order to process any requests made (for example, when information or clarifications are requested by calling the numbers indicated on the site or by writing to the email addresses therein).

Browsing data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) ​​addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s computer environment. The data collected in this way could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of any computer crimes against the site.

Nature of data provision

Except for navigation data, which are necessary to implement computer and telematic protocols, the provision of personal data by users is free and optional. However, failure to provide such data will make it impossible to proceed with requests forwarded or that the user intends to forward.

Treatment methods

The data processing is performed through computer media. The data is stored in electronic archives with the adoption of the minimum security measures required by the legislator. The data will be stored for the time strictly necessary to process the requests of the interested party and in any case in compliance with the terms of the law.

Communication and distribution

The data collected will not be disclosed or communicated to third parties without the express consent of the interested party, except for any requests by the competent authorities, as established by law.

Rights of the interested party

The interested party may at any time exercise, by contacting the data controller by sending an email to the Owner’s email address, the rights set forth in art. 7 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n. 196, which is reported verbatim below.

Art. 7 D. Lgs. 196/2003

  1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him or her, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form.
  2. The interested party has the right to obtain information on:
    1. the origin of the personal data;
    2. the purposes and methods of processing;
    3. the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
    4. the identification details of the owner, managers and designated representative pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;
    5. the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, managers or persons in charge.
  3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
    1. the updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of the data;
    2. the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
    3. certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which such fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected.
  4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
    1. for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
    2. to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
